Watermelon Seed “Everything” Sauce

Description

Healthy, high protein, sugar-free watermelon seed butter sauce, that I literally drown everything in! …Hence the name! Great paired with veggies, chicken, fish, or grain-free crackers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened watermelon seed butter
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. 
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Eat right away or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Tahini can be subbed for the unsweetened watermelon seed butter.
