Description

A rich, decadent dark chocolate brownie for one! Made with wholesome, gut-healthy ingredients packed with prebiotic fiber and antioxidants. Paleo, Grain-free, Gluten-free, Refined-sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gut Healthy. 


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. green banana flour
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. granulated monk fruit
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp paleo. dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a small 5 ounce oven-safe ramekin by lightly greasing it with coconut oil and set aside. 
  2. Combine the green banana flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit, baking powder, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl and stir well. 
  3. Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract and stir again until a smooth brownie batter forms. 
  4. Fold in the paleo chocolate chips. Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin and bake for about 10. minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. 
  5. (Optional) Top with full-fat coconut cream, melted paleo chocolate, and hemp hearts to serve!
