Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. green banana flour
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. granulated monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp paleo. dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare a small 5 ounce oven-safe ramekin by lightly greasing it with coconut oil and set aside.
- Combine the green banana flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit, baking powder, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl and stir well.
- Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract and stir again until a smooth brownie batter forms.
- Fold in the paleo chocolate chips. Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekin and bake for about 10. minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- (Optional) Top with full-fat coconut cream, melted paleo chocolate, and hemp hearts to serve!
