Description

A fresh, homemade bagel recipe, perfectly soft on the inside with a sweet & crispy cinnamon crunch topping. Ready in just 20 minutes and made with healthier grain-free, gluten-free ingredients for the perfect single-serve healthy breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • (topping) 1 tsp. monk fruit + 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. 
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla to the flour mixture and stir until a thick bagel dough forms. 
  3. Roll the dough into a giant ball and use your hands to form it into a bagel shape. Carefully place it into the basket of a large air fryer lined with parchment paper. 
  4. Air fry the bagel for 18-20 minutes at 325F. Let the bagel cool completely (about 10 minutes) before slicing. Enjoy plain or toasted!
