Description
A sweet, gooey caramel sauce for the specific carbohydrate diet made with just 3 simple ingredients! SCD, paleo, refined-sugar-free, gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or ghee), melted
- 1/3 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a small stovetop pot.
- Place over medium heat until the coconut oil or ghee is melted.
- Transfer the mixture in the pot into a food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute.
Notes
If the sauce is not being used right away, let it cool completely before transferring it into an air-tight container to store in the refrigerator.
