Description

A rich and decadent red velvet truffle recipe, made healthier! This grain-free, paleo truffle recipe only takes 5 minutes to make- such a good treat to have stashed in the freezer! Paleo, Grain-free, Gluten-free, Refined-Sugar-Free, Low Carb, Dye-Free.

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. 
  2. Pulse on high until a thick, smooth dough forms. 
  3. Using a tablespoon to make evenly sized truffles, scoop out the dough. Roll each truffle lightly between the palms of your hands to smooth the edges. 
  4. (Optional) Roll each truffle in extra beetroot powder or coconut flakes. 
  5. Set the truffles aside on a baking sheet or in sealed containers to freeze for at least 30 minutes. They are best eaten cold!
