Perfectly sweet and salty bars inspired by a childhood favorite flavor combination! These peanut butter & jelly bars are the easiest no-bake healthier recipe to make ahead for busy weeks. Grain-Free, Refined-Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Egg-Free.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unflavored collagen peptides
- 1/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a large food processor and pulse on high for 30-45 seconds until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the dough into an 8″x8″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. Press the dough evenly into the pan with your hands.
- Chill the bars for at least 20 minutes in the freezer before slicing! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- (Optional) Drizzle the bars with melted coconut butter & melted peanut butter to decorate.
