An easy, no-bake healthy protein bite recipe, packed with nourishing collagen and an unforgettable sweet coffee flavor. Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, Refined-Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free, Keto Friendly.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Creamy Almond Butter (130 g)
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour (15 g)
- 2 tbsp. Liquid Allulose (can sub honey) (40 g)
- 1/4 cup Unflavored Collagen Peptides (35 g)
- 1 tsp. Espresso Powder
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- SCD Caramel Sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside.
- Combine all of the ingredients at once in a food processor or mixing bowl.
- Mix well until a cohesive mixture forms. It should have a texture similar to cookie dough, but may depend on the source/type of nut butter used.
- Roll the mixture into 12 evenly-sized bites, using the palms of your hands to smooth.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes to chill before enjoying!
Notes
Refrigerate all leftover collagen bites in an air-tight container.
