Description

Soft, chewy grain-free biscuits with a summery fruit & cheese flavor combo! Perfect for breakfast, dinner, or a fun healthy snack. Grain-free, Gluten-free, Refined-sugar-free, High-Protein, Gut Healthy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp. shredded gouda

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. 
  2. Divide the dough into thirds. Using your hands, form each section of dough into a “biscuit-like” shape (they retain their shape during baking).
  3. Line the basket of an air fryer with parchment paper. Place each ball of dough into the lined basket. 
  4. Bake at 325F for 13-15 minutes. 

Notes

A convection oven can also be used as an alternative to an air fryer: time & temperature adjustments may be needed.
