Description

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. shredded gouda
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Divide the dough into thirds. Using your hands, form each section of dough into a “biscuit-like” shape (they retain their shape during baking).
- Line the basket of an air fryer with parchment paper. Place each ball of dough into the lined basket.
- Bake at 325F for 13-15 minutes.
Notes
A convection oven can also be used as an alternative to an air fryer: time & temperature adjustments may be needed.
